BME330 'Quantitative Biomedicine'

This block course is at the interface of biomedicine, biotechnology, data science and bioinformatics. Students gain hands-on experience in the technology / methodology of their choice among those offered by the participating research groups, which include high-throughput technologies, clinical data science and machine learning, human pathogen studies, tissue culture, imaging mass cytometry, and computational image analysis. By conducting experiments and analysing data using innovative quantitative methods, students will gain deeper insight in quantitative biomedical research. 

Pre-requisites for participation:
-    Basic studies completed
-    Basic programming skills in R, Python or similar
