I am a biomedical engineer with a very interdisciplinary background. Currently, I focus on developing and tailoring deep learning regression techniques for magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) processing and analysis, with a particular emphasis on glioma. This modality has the potential to characterize tumors in a safe, non-invasive manner. The goal of this research is to help make MRS a more mainstream tool in the diagnostic clinical workflow.
