I'm Rami, my focus is deep learning for image recognition of all things related to neuronal activities in mammals in tissue cleared lightsheet microscopy, such as tracing of the peripheral nervous system, segmenting neuromuscular junctions or identifying human brain cells. Besides my interest in AI, I like to do Muai Thai and photography.
